Divine Investments is a boutique real estate firm, specializing in sales, rentals, management and development and caters to smaller scale investors/ owners. Property management services are offered for both residential single and multi unit properties, as well as condominium associations. Sales of single family homes, condos, and multi-family properties are given specialized attention in today's market. Both commercial and residential rentals are offered.
In addition to basic property management services, DI Inc. also develops properties and offers investment consulting services. Our latest development project is a five-unit condo conversion right near downtown Providence. Our consulting services lend an independent voice to investors concerned about the potential of their property in terms of its rental or sale value. DI Inc. offers on site visits and analysis of current real state trends.
